We ship to most countries worldwide, including:

- Asia, Middle East, and Latin America

Shipping availability and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at mardintechno@gmail.com and we'll do our best to arrange delivery.

2. Processing Time

Order Processing: 1–3 business days

Once you place an order:
- Payment is verified and processed
- Your order is sent to our supplier network for fulfillment
- Products are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment

Processing times may be longer during:
- Peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year)
- Public holidays
- High-demand product launches

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, including your tracking number.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options where available:

Standard International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 10–25 business days (after processing)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
- Tracking: Included
- Best for: Cost-effective delivery

Express Shipping (where available)
- Delivery Time: 5–15 business days (after processing)
- Cost: Higher fee, calculated at checkout
- Tracking: Included with priority updates
- Best for: Faster delivery when you need it sooner

Important Notes:
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on destination, customs processing, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
- Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times
- Customs clearance can add 3-10 business days in some countries

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination (country and region)
- Order weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected (Standard or Express)

Free Shipping Promotions:
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on orders over a certain amount
- Promotional terms will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout
- Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only (unless otherwise stated)

5. Order Tracking

Every order includes full tracking.

How Tracking Works:
1. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
2. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become active in the carrier's system
3. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your email or on the carrier's website

Tracking Updates:
- "Order Processed" – Your order is being prepared for shipment
- "Shipped" – Your order has left the warehouse
- "In Transit" – Your order is on its way to you
- "Out for Delivery" – Your order will be delivered today
- "Delivered" – Your order has been successfully delivered

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

Important Information:
- These fees are determined by your local government and are NOT included in our product prices or shipping costs
- You (the customer) are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Customs fees vary by country, product type, and order value
- Failure to pay customs fees may result in your package being returned to sender or held indefinitely

We recommend:
- Checking your country's customs regulations and import thresholds before ordering
- Being prepared to pay customs fees upon delivery or clearance
- Contacting your local customs office if you have questions about fees

We declare all shipments accurately and in compliance with international shipping regulations.

7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different supplier locations at no additional cost to you.

Why This Happens:
- Products are sourced from different warehouses or suppliers
- Some items may be ready to ship sooner than others
- Splitting shipments ensures faster overall delivery

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment via email.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

We are not responsible for:
- Packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer
- Delivery failures caused by missing apartment numbers, building names, or postal codes
- Packages refused or unclaimed by the recipient

If your package is returned to sender due to an address error:
- We will contact you to arrange redelivery
- Reshipping fees will apply
- OR you may request a refund minus original shipping costs and return fees

To avoid issues:

✅ Include apartment/unit numbers and building names
✅ Provide a phone number for carrier contact
✅ Use a secure delivery location

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier cannot deliver your package due to:
- Recipient unavailable or not home
- No safe place to leave the package
- Signature required but not obtained

The carrier will typically:
- Leave a delivery notice with instructions
- Attempt redelivery (usually 2-3 attempts)
- Hold the package at a local depot or post office for pickup

If you miss all delivery attempts:
- The package may be returned to sender
- Reshipping fees will apply for redelivery
- OR you may request a refund minus shipping costs

Please monitor your tracking updates and respond to delivery notices promptly.

10. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be. Here's how we handle these situations:

Delayed Packages:
A package is considered delayed if:
- There are no tracking updates for 15 consecutive business days, OR
- It has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery window

What to Do:
1. Check your tracking status
2. Contact the carrier directly (contact info provided in tracking email)
3. Contact us at mardintechno@gmail.com with your order number

We will:
- Investigate with the shipping carrier
- File a claim if necessary
- Provide a replacement or full refund once the investigation is complete

Lost Packages:
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Stolen Packages (After Delivery):
If tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package:
1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
2. Check around your property (porches, garages, mailrooms)
3. Contact the carrier to confirm delivery location
4. File a police report if you suspect theft

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

Recommendation: Use a secure delivery location or request signature confirmation for high-value orders.

11. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Accept the delivery (do not refuse it)
- Inspect the contents immediately
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us at mardintechno@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

12. Undeliverable Packages (Returned to Sender)

Packages may be returned to sender if:
- Address is incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable
- Recipient refuses delivery
- Customs clearance fails (unpaid duties, prohibited items, etc.)
- Multiple delivery attempts fail

If your package is returned:
- We will notify you and offer redelivery (reshipping fees apply) OR a refund minus original shipping costs

13. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is sent to our supplier network for immediate processing.

Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if processing has not yet begun

- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled (but you may return it under our Return Policy)

Address Changes:
- Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of order placement, before shipping
- Contact us immediately at mardintechno@gmail.com
- Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed

14. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to:
- Size, weight, or hazardous material regulations
- Country-specific import restrictions or bans
- Carrier limitations

If a product cannot be shipped to your location, this will be indicated at checkout or we will contact you after your order is placed.
